A Paper Proposal's First Giveaway EVER! Monday, April 25, 2011 ~ 8:38 a.m.

We had some family over for Easter brunch yesterday, so I spent the few days prior trying to get the apartment all cleaned up and pretty for visitors. It doesn't matter who it is, either...my mom, best friend, whoever. My poor husband knows that this place has to be positively spotless whenever anyone comes over...honestly, we usually get all of our heavy duty cleaning done when preparing for visitors.

Anyway, we got all of our wedding photos in the mail last week, so I dedicated a good amount of time swapping out photos and hanging picture frames all of over the apartment. I'm totally in love with the look of an entire wall dedicated to pictures and artwork. It was actually a bit more complicated a task than I originally thought...arranging the photos in the right way, making sure they're all perfectly straight and evenly spaced. I ran out of frames before I could really finish, but here's how my little wall turned out (along with some pretty tulips I had purchased for Easter Sunday!)...

Almost all of the photos are from our wedding, with the exception of the piece of artwork in the middle, which is a canvas piece Dale and I picked up at a fair several years ago. It's a photo of the Manhattan Beach pier, which is around where Dale used to live when we first started dating. It always brings back tons of happy memories! I'm actually contemplating another one for our bedroom...

2. Receive an extra entry by tweeting the giveaway to your followers. Just be sure to include #Giveaway and @APaperProposal in your tweet, and remember to leave an extra blog comment below telling me you did it, so you get that extra entry!
