Warm and Energetic Engagement Shoot Thursday, June 16, 2011 ~ 8:06 a.m.

I don't know what it was exactly about today's engagement shoot, but I just had a good feeling about it when photographer Jeff Tisman first sent it to me. It's a more sweet and simple shoot without all of the extra frills and props, yet it still manages to be clever and energetic! You can almost feel Christine and Jin's laughter and excitement emanating from the computer screen.

After being forced to cancel and reschedule the couple's e-session a few times because of the rain, Jeff photographed the Christine and Jin at the New Jersey Botanical Gardens just a week or two before the couple's wedding! As you will soon see, there are some great romantic shots here with incredible light, along with some more fun "action" photos; all of which really bring the couple to life in the photos.

Awww, so sweet and fun! They look like the kind of couple you want to instantly be friends with - always up for a laugh and a good time. I love the pictures of them spelling out "love" - so fun!

This was one of the most romantic engagement shoots I've seen and I smiled through the entire post. I just loved the simplicity of it.

I super love that second to the last photo of them. So casual yet so romantic with Christine just wearing flip flops and Jin wearing khaki shorts. Complete opposite to the background of luscious green grasses, but the sweetness of the couple rightly blends in. ;)
