As many of you may know, Mondays are set aside for content related to health and fitness. It's actually pretty hard to believe that I started this weekly Bridal Fitness on Paper blog series a year ago! When I look back on all of the posts, I'm pretty proud of what I have put out there, and I can only hope that you guys have gotten some use out of the workouts, reviews, tips and advice that I've shared over the past year.
With all of the information I've shared with you guys over the past year, I thought it would be a great idea to put all of my bridal fitness posts together and organize them to make them a little bit easier to navigate. That way, if you're ever on the hunt for a great exercise you can do at home with no equipment, you can come back here and find it easily! Not only that, but it helps me to see what I've covered, and what I still need to write about in the future. I hope this helps, and just like the engagement timeline that I have, I plan to continue updating this list with my latest Bridal Fitness posts in the future, so keep checking back for new ideas and motivation!
