Affordable Premium Wedding Photo Books by Shutterfly Monday, October 29, 2012 ~ 9:15 a.m.

If you ask me, hiring a wedding photographer is one of the most important decisions you'll make when planning your wedding (after you've selected your groom, of course ;) When my husband and I first hired our wedding photographer, we had a reasonable expectation of what the costs would look like. We received an assortment of photography packages, and we selected one based on our needs and our budget.

Everything looked great until we got to the photo albums. Sure, we expected the actual photography to cost a certain amount, but we were shocked at how much the albums cost! We were already spending a whole lot of money on this one (albeit, special) day, so we ultimately decided to forgo the photo album and figure it out later. Now, two years later, I'm sorry to say that we still haven't gotten our nice wedding album!

I totally agree that photography is so important. I always recommend to my brides that they don't skimp on it. This is a great idea to a bride choosing a great photograher but getting the CD package because she can't get the album. Since the photos are the only tangible thing left after the wedding is over (except the groom), this is an awesome option. Thanks for sharing!
