Well, I hope that everyone enjoyed their Thanksgiving holiday! Mine was really nice; I've been able to spend a whole lot of time with my family. I've been here in California for nearly two weeks now, and I'll be flying back home tomorrow night. Amidst all of the fun family time over the holiday, there has also been a whole lot of eating, and not a lot of working out. (PS...Have you seen this pin with Thanksgiving food to workout conversions? Depressing, yet motivating...) While here, I've been trying to walk as much as I can and do a bit of yoga every other day or so, but I'm definitely slacking on the exercise front. Eating more, too! I've noticed that so much of my diet relies on routine, so when I'm not at home doing my regular thing, I end up getting less exercise and consuming more calories. I've been trying not to worry about it too much since I'm pregnant, but the guilt is definitely starting to set in now that my visit here in California is almost over! Not only that, but I have one of those awful weigh-ins at my doctor on Wednesday morning...(boo)
So this weekend, I thought that I would spend a little bit of time on Pinterest and find myself a quick cardio workout that was semi-challenging, but quick and easy to do at home with little to no equipment. Something that I could commit to doing today while staying here at my parents' house. I ended up finding this 20 minute cardio routine by Fit Fab Cities, and decided that I would give it a try! I know it's hard, but let's try to get off the gravy train together today, shall we?

Bridal Fitness on Paper is meant to help guide brides along their weight loss journey all the way to the altar and beyond! All of the reviews posted are based on my own experience; I am not a fitness or nutrition professional, and am not liable for any injuries incurred while trying any of the workouts that I share here on A Paper Proposal.
