Bridal Fitness on Paper - Outdoor Running Course Monday, June 18, 2012 ~ 10:57 a.m.

You may remember that last Monday, I put together one big list of all of my Bridal Fitness posts from the past year or so. What I love about those lists is that it not only makes it more convenient for you guys to navigate through all of my diet and exercise content, but it also helps me to figure out what I have covered and what I haven't! Well, I noticed while creating this list last week that I am seriously lacking on the outdoor exercise! Which is not acceptable, if you ask me, because one of the best things about exercising is that it gives you the opportunity to get outside, right?! With that said, here's an outdoor running course that will help you spice up your regular run outside using intervals, butt kicks, high knees, side skips and more.

All of the reviews posted are based on my own experience; I am not a fitness or nutrition professional. If you're curious about a specific workout, and you'd like for me to review it, please do leave a comment below or feel free to send me an email at Sarah - at - apaperproposal - dot - com.
