This wedding is beautiful, yes, but there's also all sorts of yumminess that you can't even see! But don't worry, I'm going to tell you all about it! Today's classic San Diego wedding was kindly submitted to APP by the talented ladies of Eventity, Inc.. You may remember this gorgeous vintage spring shoot that was styled by Eventity, as well. They do great work, and today's wedding, skillfully photographed by Bryan Miller, is no exception!
Sarah and Jason were married this past May at The Thursday Club down in San Diego, California. Side note: Remember this preppy spring wedding? Same fabulous venue! The couple describes themselves as very shy, but you would never know it from their wedding photos (ha, especially the last few...very awesome)! On the big day, they chose to have an intimate first look at a picturesque hotel nearby, before heading over to the venue in a party bus along with the rest of their wedding party.
After the outdoor ceremony, Sarah and Jason joined their 130 guests for the cocktail hour, with homemade sangria served up in mason jars, a Mexican soda bar and live Spanish guitar music. Everyone moved indoors for the dinner reception, where guests had fun madlibs on their chairs, serving as escort cards. The very cool centerpieces were made using square beds of wheat grass decorated with ranunculus, gerbera daisies, hydrangeas and billy balls in jewel tones including pink, magenta and purple. Dinner included an (AWESOME) mac 'n cheese food station, along with street tacos and an ice cream bar for dessert. There was a line at the photobooth all night, and the evening finally came to a close with the groomsmen all donning funky Mexican wrestling masks!
