Happy Labor Day! We're heading into one of my favorite months of the year, and I'm excited that it's here! Since it is a holiday, after all, we're going to keep it super easy today. First, for some pretty....

Don't you just love the summer white? Pretty and delicate fabrics, warm sunlight and elegant white tulips! We'll be saying goodbye to these summer favorites in favor of richer colors, heavier fabrics and the layers of Fall, but I'm ready for it! ...And to show that I'm not a complete slacker, I've pulled a quick, easy workout off of my Bridal Fitness board on Pinterest for all of us to accomplish today :) We may be indulging on BBQ and beer, but at least we can say we did the right thing and worked out, right?! Give it a try! It's quick and no equipment is needed! Just remember to repeat it through at least once more ;)
