Hey guys! On this rather chilly and snowy morning, I'm sharing a highly versatile do-anywhere cardio interval workout routine. What I love about this workout is that you can modify it to work on any cardio machine you prefer at the gym, and you can adjust the speed, resistance and/or incline so that it's difficult enough for you. Keep in mind that you'll adjust either the speed, resistance or incline level depending on which machine you choose. Obviously, you won't be adjusting the resistance on a treadmill, or the incline on a stationary bike! This is a pretty flexible fitness routine on purpose; you just have to find your own "sweet spot!"
