Cherries and Coke: Rustic Love Photo Shoot Thursday, November 14, 2013 ~ 9:50 a.m.

The photo shoot that I'm sharing today is a little bit different than usual because it isn't an engagement shoot or even a styled shoot. The couple, Lexi and Jeffrey, aren't engaged, but they aren't just models either...they're a couple in love who decided to hire Virginia Link of V.A. Photography to "capture their love at this time" before returning to college this past fall. Lexi and Jeffrey knew that they wanted a rustic theme to their shoot, so they planned on taking photos on Jeffrey's land out in the country, surrounded by train tracks and abandoned buildings. Last, but certainly not least, I have to say that I'm totally in love with the couple's choice of props featuring chocolate cupcakes, fresh cherries and classic glass Coca Cola bottles. Suits the couple and the rural setting just perfectly, don't you think?

The fact that this isn't meant for any engagement or wedding shoot makes it all the more adorable! Absolutely adore the concept. Especially love the last photo! :)
