Hey guys! I hope you all had great weekends! The past few days have been pretty great for us, celebrating my birthday on Friday and my husband's very first Father's Day yesterday. That, and my mom comes into town tomorrow for a visit, which I'm really looking forward to :)
As you know, today is a day set aside for Bridal Fitness, so I thought that I would give a little update on the new treadmill we purchased a couple of weeks ago. So far, it's working really well. I use it at least a couple times a week, mostly walking and a little bit of jogging. I haven't been jogging too much though because I haven't been able to find a good sports bra to support my much larger (breast-feeding) chest. So if anyone has any suggestions for bras that work well, let me know! I ordered a couple of sports bras online about a week ago, but neither of them fit me right, unfortunately. I'm really unsure of my bra size right now, so I think I just have to get out to the store and try a bunch of them on. Finding the time to go out and do it when I don't have the baby is tricky though!
Anyway, since I haven't been running on my treadmill, I have been walking at an incline a lot to burn my calories. I've actually been relying on one of the treadmill workouts that I featured here last September when I was just a few months pregnant, so I thought it would be worth resharing for anyone looking for a good post-baby workout. I especially love it because you can really tailor it to your fitness level by changing your speed. Start slow, and increase your speed of walk as you improve your endurance.
