Rustic Winter Mountain Wedding in Park City Tuesday, October 7, 2014 ~ 12:45 p.m.

You may be surprised to hear that today's couple, married on a snow topped mountain in Park City, Utah, is actually from Phoenix, Arizona! Daniel and Danielle first met while playing on a coed kickball team, and had dreamed of having a rustic winter destination wedding in the mountains. "We both love wood and wood accents, so that was the major theme with our winter...wedding," said the bride. "We wanted the beauty of the scenery to really speak for itself, so we did very little as far as decorations besides the table arrangements."

Photographed by Logan Walker, Danielle and Daniel both wore Sorel snow boots for their outdoor wedding ceremony on top of a mountain at the Canyons Resort. The bride and her bridesmaids all wore elegant fur wraps to keep warm outside in the falling snow, whole heartedly embracing the chilly winter weather. After the ceremony, guests were transported via sleigh ride to the reception venue, and guests wrapped up the evening roasting s'mores by a fire pit.
