Brittney and Chase first met at church a couple of years ago. "We didn't really talk much, as we were both in other relationships, until March, when we ran into each other at the gym (both finally single)." said the bride. Chase later proposed to Brittney at a 4th of July family BBQ, when at the end of the evening, he kneeled down in the road after watching the fireworks. "I thought he was tying his shoe, so I was looking around doddling. When I finally realized he was trying to talk to me, I turned around and he popped to the question!"
Like many brides, Brittney had a very specific vision for their big day. They selected the modern Chateau Luxe in Phoenix for their venue for its fun juxtaposition to her retro style. The place was beautifully decorated with silver candlelabras, soft gold linens, and bold red and ivory flowers. As both Brittney and Chase aren't huge fans of a traditional wedding cake covered in fondant, they opted for a "naked wedding cake," decorated with fresh flowers and berries.
Brittney totally nailed the retro glam bridal look, too! After looking near and far, Brittney finally found the perfect dress - a white lace knee length dress with short sleeves. She completed her look with a simple strand of pearls and a red lip. The beautiful images were taken by April Maura Photography.
