I love these!!! Instead of just plain ol peanut butter I used Jif mocha cappuccino flavored hazelnut spread and added Ocean Spray Craisins!! They were AMAZING!!!!!

Hi Micki! Yes, you can certainly try chunky peanut butter. I haven't tried it myself, but it's a pretty flexible recipe, so I say go for it!
