The historic town of Beaufort in South Carolina is a special place for today's featured couple, Mallory and Pat. "We go to Beaufort quite often...because I absolutely love beautiful historic sites." The couple were both engaged and married in the beautiful town, where they welcomed 200 guests to the charming Rhett House Inn for their elegant white and gold wedding in March last year.
Mallory and Pat worked closely with event designer Ashley Rhodes to craft an elegant southern wedding affair decorated in glamorous white and gold with orchids, calla lillies, David Austin roses and ranunculus. Photographed by Joshua Aaron, the day would not have been complete without a little Columbia flair, where both Mallory and Pat are from. Guests were sent home with their very own Earnest Lee (aka "The Chicken Man") creation. For another nod to the lowcountry, they had their very own "Horn section" send off, as guests blew kazoos from a local factory in Beaufort.
